Job Description
Process Set Up Tech
Hours: Night Shift, Mon-Fri, 6pm-6am (40-48/hrs week)
Salary: $20-$22/hr + BOE
Job Description (Duties and Responsibilities):
- To perform independent work at setting up and adjusting multiple extrusion lines with a minimum scrap level.
- Responsible for troubleshooting using a good knowledge of PVC Extrusion process and compound
- To help and/or train other operators as needed
- To give feedback for issues related to extrusion equipment, improvements or repairs
- To comply with Plant Safety Regulations and good manufacturing practices.
Job requirements / skills:
- Ability to complete 2nd Extrusion operator test during probation period
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read prints for various parts
- Ability to stand up and walk 10-12 hours
- GED or High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong mechanical background
- Valid WI ID.
Additional Information:
- Dress code / PPE: Steel toes
- Skills: Prior Plastic Extrusion setup line exp.
- If we have people with experience more than 3 years, we can negotiate their pay level separately,
