Job Description
Location: Milwaukee, WI - This position is not on a bus line.
We are seeking a Level 2 Electrical Assembler to join 1st shift.
Shift Hours:
1st shift: 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00-20.00/Hour
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following(Other duties may be assigned):
• Produce quality product with manual assembly processes such as stuffing, hand assembly, mechanical assembly, soldering (lead and lead-free), as well as some rework capabilities.
• Inspect to workmanship standards
• Test electronic assemblies.
• Follow appropriate quality policies and procedures.
• Perform work to appropriate efficiency and utilization standards.
• Practice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities, supporting change and identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency.
• Build product as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Actively participate in work group/team activities, as an enthusiastic, positive and dependable team member.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
• Provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
• The work performed in this job can only be done on site and attendance is an essential function of the job.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.

A minimum of one year experience in the electronics industry required.
Ability to read, speak, and understand English to enable clear communication and comprehension of internal company documentation. Basic math skills required to add, subtract, multiply, & divide. Basic understanding of & ability to read performance graphs.

Able to understand and determine product quality to written documentation.
Previous soldering experience
