? Join Our Team as a 1st Shift Welding Supervisor! ?

? What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Guide a team of skilled welders, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee Welding Operations: Supervise welding I-Beam frames and fuel tanks in flat/vertical overhead positions, working with sheet metal ranging from 10 gauge to ½ inch.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all welded products meet our stringent quality standards, inspecting for defects and malfunctions.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize hoists, cranes, wire and banding machines, and hand tools to position and secure workpieces.
• Troubleshoot & Problem-Solve: Quickly identify and resolve welding issues to keep production running smoothly.

? What We’re Looking For:

• Blueprint Mastery: Ability to read and interpret blueprints is essential.
• Measurement Proficiency: Skilled in using measuring devices such as tape measures.
• GMAW (MIG/MAG) Experience: Preferred but not required.
• Strong Leadership: Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and mentor your team.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Driven & Reliable: Highly motivated, dependable, and ready to take on challenges.
• Clear Screening: Must pass a competency test, pre-employment physical, and drug screen.
