Sr. System Administrator
Shift: 1st, (8am-5pm) (Hybrid)
Pay: $95k-$125k /yr (Based on experience)
We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT team in a hybrid, on-premises role. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity for an experienced professional looking to lead infrastructure initiatives, optimize system performance, and support enterprise-level IT operations.
Job description:
- Administer and support Windows and/or Linux server environments (including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
- Monitor and manage system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and hardware/software installations.
- Ensure data backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes are up to date and tested.
- Provide escalation support for system-related issues across the enterprise.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with network, application, and security teams to support infrastructure goals.
- Monitor system logs and perform regular security audits in compliance with internal policies.
