Process Technician

We are currently recruiting for this direct hire opportunity in the Milwaukee area on all shifts!

Direct Hire Opportunity!

Shifts:

1st shift, 7am-3pm

2nd shift, 3pm-11pm

3rd shift, 11pm-7am

All entry level process techs will train on 1st shift for 2 months before moving to the shift they desire.

Must be available for Mandatory Overtime Every Other Weekend

Payrate: $17.45 to $28.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Complete all mold changeovers
Maintain process parameters within specified limits.
Assist in developing process capability changes to improve quality and reduce scrap and make recommendations, as necessary.
Start machines after mold or material changes and shut down as necessary.
Follow IATF16949 work instructions and procedures, as well as completing documentation.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalency, required.
Preferred, 3 +years’ experience as a Technician with demonstrated troubleshooting skills, mechanical skills and basic computer skills
In lieu of experience, a candidate enrolled in a plastic molding degree program may be considered.
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs. and stand/walk for up to 12 hours and visually inspect the product for quality.
