Job Description

Sr. Shipping Clerk

Shift: 1st, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Pay: $20p/hr

Job Duties:

  • 3+ years forklift experience 
  • 3+ Years in warehouse/shipping
  • SAP not required but a huge plus
  • UPS on-line shipping
  • Organize sales orders and send them to the warehouse for shipment preparation.
  • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and shipping orders to route shipments.
  • Mark the sales order as shipped in our inventory system.
  • Contact carrier representatives to decide and issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.
  • Process material bin transfers.
  • Respond to written correspondence by email, fax or phone.
  • Confer and correspond with staff to resolve issues related to shipments and/or improper bin locations.
